Quality and Freshness
Microgreens are seedlings of various herbs and vegetables that are allowed to grow until their first set of true leaves emerge.
Timing is important to deliver the highest quality microgreens at their most beautiful and flavorful. Microgreen trays are grown to order to ensure they are perfect when needed. Always place order with ample time to account for growth rate.
We carefully grow our microgreens indoors in organic soil under ideal conditions to bring out their maximum intensity, flavor and nutrition. Some varieties take 2 weeks to grow and some take 4 weeks.
To have the best quality and healthy microgreens, we order only from Certified Organic and Non-GMO seed vendors. We use only OMRI products and maintain an Organic Certification from Bay State Organic Certifiers.
